@John Espinosa I went to your website and it comes up as some sort of evil "I gotcha" site with some lady speaking a foreign language.  Not sure what that's about.  I hope it hasn't downloaded me a virus....

@Jerome Adams how has your foray into green investing progressed? Have you figured out a business structure that is viable? I am establishing an REI company with my partners who are currently general contractors. I came up with the idea for us to incorporate green, energy efficient rehabs as part of our business. You are correct that most don't know what costs are for greening a building and my partners are included. What I do know is in general materials are 30% more to retrofit and you should be able to see 10% increase in resell and bills will be lowered anywhere from 20-30% over time. What I'm looking for, and @John Espinosa  maybe you can chime in, is have you come across any hard data that suggests this is economically viable on a residential side or is it still geared more for commercial which has LEED standards?  I have much more bhag, big hairy audacious goals that I am researching and was thinking we could chat to see if any of our business plans, ideas could work in synergy.

@Bill Gulley I mistakenly omitted you from reference on my question.  If you have any input and or experience with this segment that would be appreciated.  Thanks.

@Glenn McCrorey

So I have determined my company is going to provide Supportive Housing for @ risk homeless Veterans.  My question is what is needed to initiate the process of working with the institutions that provide dedicated supportive service funding and property based rental assistance?  Is it a matter of setting up a meeting with the key person and getting our business plan in front of them?  Any guidance and information is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

@Taylor Jennings do you use or do you know if you can use Podio for email marketing, ie email blasts/newsletters? I am looking for an all in one program/app for online marketing, marketing tracking and crm. Thanks in advance for any information and feedback.

@Braden C. Is your software primarily a CRM or does it have capabilities for email marketing automation or having leads from squeeze pages funneled in?

@Chris Winterhalter How was your experience with Loopnet platinum service for multi-unit pre-foreclosure and REO's? I am trying to figure out what is the best avenue for marketing for Multi-unit complexes. Any feedback and advice is appreciated.

@Keesha Smith Glad to see you are having some success! What type of leads do you get from Real Quest? What type of sellers are your postcards targeting? So, have you gone away from HUD wholesaling? I have been trying to make wholesaling work for about 8mo.'s now. Thanks for any feedback.

@Braden C. Do you use and have either a web scraper or well organized spreadsheet you referred to? If you do can you share any of this info with me?

Utmost regards,

Andrew
