@Jean Norton@WAYNE G. thanks for the info and article.

@Shawn Legree the company is from a seminar I went to. You had to pay $1,499 upfront and then $25/mo. to access website and tax lien list.

@Ned Carey thanks for the words of wisdom. Yes I was given a pitch by a guru's crony @ a seminar and from the sounds of it lucky I didn't buy into it.

@Karen Margrave that's awesome you have such talent, skill and knowledge to keep it all in the family. Are you still seeking funds for your project? I deal in Private/Hard money funding. If you like I can review your executive summary/business plan and submit to my lenders to see what we can do for you. We have programs available for the medical profession. Let me know. I'd love the opportunity to work with you!

Who out there is investing in Tax Liens? What are the good/bad of doing so? I am considering investing in a program that does all the research to filter out the bad properties. The co. supposedly has negotiated to purchase all liens @ a discount. You pay $25/mo. to access their inventory. Is anyone familiar with such a program and do such programs work?

Thanks!

@William we have hard money lending, private lending, business financing. We have 100% JV funding, hard money/bridge loans, 100% funding for Multi-family and Healthcare for Non-profits, Non-recourse for multi-family construction/perm/purchase/refi/rehab, NPN purchase, loans for income producing property, among others...

We lend across industry so it has to be something unique/innovative. They lend to the strength of the plan. Things like alternative energy, natural gas, something that's the next big technology.

@David Beard- I work with multiple private lenders. I am not employed by an institutional lender. I primarily work on commercial projects. We can lend for anything from shopping centers, multi-family, assisted living to Alt Energy/gas/oil projects to name a few.

Glad I could find this group to connect with R.E. Investors and access many free resources. I hope I can contribute and bring value with the private lending I can offer and range of business lending I can provide. I would like to immerse myself as much as I can to begin R.E. investing. I'm looking forward to absorbing as much information as possible. I am also looking to establishing as many quality relationships as possible.

Utmost regards,
