Using Fiverr for Leads

Has anyone used Fiverr for motivated seller leads?

I wouldn't. Build your own list using a data aggregator like Propstream, Batchleads or List source. Someone on Fiverr is either charging you a bunch of money to do this for your or they are selling the same list to thousands of other people. Either way, there are better options for getting a list.
