I am not sure what to pay for this mobile home!
I have a piece of property that my wife's grandmother moved her double wide on about 12 years ago. She just recently passes away and they have decide to sell the mobile home. I am wondering what would be a good price to pay for it? It is a 1999 or 2000 model 28x40. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath in good condition. It has block under pinning and a HAVC unit. I don't want to more then someone who is moving it because I own the land. Any help would be appreiated.
