Miami is such a different market compared to the rest of Florida. I used to live in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, but since I moved to Tampa in 2020 to build my real estate company, I've never looked back, lol. We actually market 25 of the largest counties in Florida, excluding Miami-Dade and Broward.
