Wholesaling
I've been doing some research on this site and other places and I'd like to know a little more on the process to get started and make that first deal happen. Can any wholesalers shed some light on what they do to find properties and how they finalize deals? I'm trying to get started and minimize my mistakes in the process so any help would be greatly appreciated!
