Hello everyone,

I am currently looking to get into wholesaling. I am wondering if anyone had advice on how to reach out to a cash buyer for the first time without any prior wholesaling experience. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I would do your first few deals as Joint Ventures. Connect with a local wholesaler doing volume and get them to find the buyer so you can just focus on the deal. Lots of them will help you underwrite the deal so you get the contract at the right price. Once you get a few deals under your belt it will be much easier to build relationships with cash buyers.
