Wholesaling Probate Properties in AL
Hey guys, I'm a local wholesaler in the Alabama, and I was wondering has anyone done a probate property wholesale in Birmingham, AL with an existing PR; and if so, did you have any issues assigning the property with the probate judge or did you have to double close to get it done for the seller?
If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated!

How's it going Braxton. Probate should be the very last thing you do when it comes to passed away owners. I recommend doing affidavit of heirship. if you need any help dont be afraid to Contact me.
