where do you get your properties from? direct mail, PPC, PPL, driving for dollars?

I work for a wholesale brokerage here in Central Florida. This year has been challenging for real estate in general. Most of the properties we as a team, acquire from the MLS double close or assign. Thats been our bread and better since I started. The only lead generation sources were directmail and MLS. Directmail has dried up, and now we rely on MLS which becomes saturated with other wholesalers and ourselves lol. Over the past 2 years, directmail hasn't been as strong, but I hear of other wholesalers just using PPC, PPL, cold call. If you are an individual wholesaler or wholesale agent working for a team, what has been your bread and butter over your career?

@Cesar Sagastume in my community there are tons of wholesalers and flippers use solely inbound lead gen channels like PPC, PPL, SEO and Facebook. While direct mail can certainly convert well if you know how to do it properly, why don't you focus on inbound channels? The motivation is so much higher.
