Anybody using an Auto dialer?

Anybody here using an auto dialer to get ahold of leads? I'm making hundreds of calls a day by hand as you know lots of these numbers are disconnected etc. I feel I could be much more productive with an auto dialer or auto texter. Does anyone have experience using them? Recommendation on a service?

There are plenty out there, but consider this...

"I skate to where the puck is going to be, not where it has been." - Wayne Gretzky

Now more than ever, people are less likely to answer their phone for numbers they don’t recognize.

If you think that trend will continue, then it’s worth rethinking how much time and money you invest into cold calling / SMS.

Yes, they can work - but it’s a massive numbers game that’s only getting harder with call fatigue, carrier restrictions, and new laws.

A better question to ask is:

What lead generation strategies can I focus on that will still work five years from now?

Building inbound systems that attract motivated sellers to contact you is critical to long-term success:

- Direct mail to targeted lists
- PPC / digital marketing to targeted keywords
- Content marketing that builds trust (short videos, local proof, education)

Then to maximize every lead opportunity:

- AI voice agents that instantly answer and pre-qualify every call (so you never miss a deal)
- Automated follow-up that nurtures leads until they’re ready

Hope that helps.
