Honestly, for a lot of investors I’ve spoken to, it’s not one big issue—it’s the small gaps adding up. Slow follow-up, missed calls, inconsistent lead flow… all the stuff that compounds over time.

What’s been interesting lately is seeing how AI is starting to quietly fix a lot of that—handling initial outreach, qualifying leads, and making sure no one slips through the cracks.

the ones using it are definitely moving faster with way less manual effort. Curious if you’ve looked into anything like that yet?

mostly expectations id say are the biggest issues, seller's still think their properties are worth 2021 prices and terms, and buyer's think every seller should bend over backwards for the pleasure of working with them....things are balanced now, and the people doing deals understand this and deal with reality, not what they "feel" the situation should be.  Most buyer's don't understand that many seller's don't have to sell, so you have to "make the deal", that's who's getting things done in this market.
