Systems for wholesaling

I would like to hear from some of the wholesalers on the site. What kind of automated systems are wholesalers using to hangle all of the calls that come in?

OOOH my favorite topic!!  I have all of my seller leads sent to Patlive (answering service). They enter the leads into my Zoho CRM for Real Estate. From there, my Virtual Assisant pre-screens them, makes sure I have all  of the info that I need, and then we move forward with the seller if they qualify. Otherwise, I move them to a DEAD or FOLLOW UP file. 

As well, I cant function without Zoho CRM for real estate. It has changed the way I handle my business, and it has made more more money year after year because I just keep getting more efficient with it.  It's quite the tool. 

They just came out with some new features, too that will integrate Google Ad Words and Surveys (testimonials) !!! Can't go wrong with Zoho CRM for Real Estate if you want to automate your business and create tasks, workflows that just get the job done. 

Perfect if u have a VA, also!
