What 1200 Yellow Letters Looks Like

After some solid legwork, I'm now ready to start sending my first wave of yellow letters (10-50 a day) to my target market and close some great wholesale deals!

The hardest part of the work is just about to begin, but I feel great about my list (inheritance), the market (Cuyahoga County, OH [Cleveland, Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Lakewood, Shaker Heights, Parma, etc]), and the connections on the ground that I've been able to make and are supporting my efforts.

With the systems I'm working on putting in place, I'm optimistic about being able to scale beyond Cleveland into other markets like Philly, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, and more.

Now I've just got to get the calls in, get the "right" properties under contract, and sell them!

Thanks to @Isaac Rowe  @Catherine McGinnis @Stefnie Huth @Zoran M. @Ronnie Boyd  @Haim Mamane Palman and many more for your insights and encouragement.

If you're a wholesaler or buyer and want to network, please reach out and let's chat.

Here is what 1200 pre-addressed and stamped yellow letters look like:

Good for you. How long did those take you to write and address?
