What are your most effective direct mailing lists??

I am a wholesaler and looking to increase my volume through direct mail.  I invest in Cincinnati, OH.  I have a minimum goal of making 10k/ month(about 2-3 deals) and need the steady leads to do that consistently.  

What do you find to be the most effective direct mail lists??

@Charles Smith  I have the most success with out-of-state property owner lists with my direct mail campaigns.
