Business cards

As a wholesaler starting out with plans to buy and hold along the way I'm having a hard time putting together the right business card. I want one that I will be able to present to buyers, sellers, and everyone in between. I read yesterday on a related post the putting "real estate investor" on the card is just a sign that you are a rookie.. What are your thoughts on this and how would you design your card in my situation? Thanks!

I really wouldn't over think it man. You really don't even need to put a title. If you want to though, and you're just doing wholesaling, your technically not investing, so I wouldn't use "Real Estate Investor". Maybe try something like "Real Estate Entrepreneur".

Also, I'd print two types of cards. One that is more professional looking, that you hand out to potential sellers/buyers, etc, and another one that is more brightly colored that you can leave places. On the one that you personally hand out, on the back, you can offer a cash referral fee as an extra incentive for people to keep your card and find leads.
