hello everyone I'm new here first time asking question, hopefully I can get a answer. The question is I received about 25 pieces of property, all over my county. All the information came in what they selling for, haven't seen any so how I due diligence,this is my starting path want to make this work.im in Birmingham Al

is this a bulk REO deal? Terms like "durect to seller", tape, or NCND involved? Then almost certainly a complete waste of time.

How you do due diligence on the properties is no different than any other.  In person inspection by you or someone you trust. 

Banks do sometimes sell packages of REOs. These will be the absolute dregs. Ones they can't move through the MLS or an auction.

These "tapes" are circulated by emails and ads by dreamers hoping to collect a cmission on a big deal.  If you're talking to a bank employee you may have something. Otherwise it's a waste of time.
