Investor Friendly closing attorneys
So I just called a closing attorneys who seemed like he wasn't very familiar with assignment of contracts or double closings. He told me that it was conflict of interest for him to represent both parties. Can someone please help me understand what that means? Also can I use one closing attorney to complete the entire closing process?
