1. What are points when talking about Hard Money Lenders?
2. What kind of lists am I getting when marketing for sellers? Which locations, price range should I be marketing to?
3. What are the equivalent of title companies in UK?
4. Can you assign a contract in the UK?
5. If property is on a mortgage with 30k equity [100k ARV, 10K deposit, 20K payments] - what would happen if Cash Buyer bought the house? How would everyone get paid?
