Wholesaling Direct Mail Partnership

Hi Everyone!

I've seen a few posts from people who have created direct mail wholesaling partnerships, to ramp up their wholesaling business. I'm doing 1-2 deals per month off of the MLS and bandit signs, but want to partner with an another experienced investor to send out 2,000 -3,000 letters/postcards per month.

I am very new to the direct mail world and am looking to partner with someone to handle the mail virtually and I'd be the boots on the ground. Has anyone had any success with this? If so, I'd love to hear about how it worked for you!

Thanks!

Shawn

"Partnering" on marketing can be challenging.  Some questions you might consider:

Do you want to split the cost?  If so, how will leads be distributed?  Who gets what?  Are you thinking about actually doing the resulting deal together?  Is your desire to partner more about a budget constraint, or an actual desire to work with a partner?

It's kind of hard to find common grounds for a partnership with other wholesalers.  You don't need two to make an offer.  And if 2 are involved in a 50/50 relationship, everything gets cut in half.  Most guys can't imagine a way to do that successfully.  I've seen a bunch of those "partnerships" begin with great enthusiasm and end with no little "shared success".
