Direct Mail Marketing.

Hello,

I am about to start my first lead generation marketing campaign and I was wondering if there are any seasoned marketing professionals that might be able to provide some insight on the best type of direct mailer to use, the contents to enter into the mailer, whether to utilize the USPS EDDM delivery strategy is a good one, and any other specifics about a marketing campaign for lead generation. I am planning on purchasing my direct mailers from Yellow Letters, and if there are any known successful direct mailers that experienced folks have used from Yellow Letters, please do let me know. Thanks again for your help!

Sincerely,

Michael Nijhawan

I personally would not use EDDM to search for motivated sellers.  I would target people using a list such as absentee owners with equity, Notice of Default, etc.  If you are new to this, I would target one group and test.  Learn and understand your target.
