Double closing with realtors
Is it possible to have two different realtors on a double close? I'm splitting assignment fee with another wholesaler who has a property she has to double close on. She has a realtor for the a to b transaction and I'm finding a cash buyer. I have 3 realtors with cash buyers and was wondering if I could pay them on the B to c transaction??? Thank you!
