Hey Bigger Pockets!!

What mail piece works well for you all to receive a good response rate? I'm receiving ok response rates. Wondering if you all have tips of what to use to get slightly better returns. thanks!

@Larry Glenn the best directmail campaigns is the one that is targeted to the specific audience (i.e) absentee owners, probate, divorce, etc. One key thing that we do is use mail merge that directs to the person's name and owner address: For example,

Mr [owner name], we are interested in buying your house loacated in 123 Main St, Miami, FL
