Hello biggerpockets. My name is Grant Mone. I started to educate myself about real estate....WAY too much information. Im sticking to 1 thing in particular because I just want to GET wholesaling.
I want to know EXACTLY...
1. Where do I find the contracts.
2. Do I go and hand out buisness cards? Call land lords and ask exactly which specific houses do they look for?
Im sick of gurus, im sick of EVERYTHING. Nobody gives you a straight answer and thats all i ask for.
