Direct mail but seller has a realtor

I received 2 calls from sellers from my direct mail campaign. Both of them have their property listed on the MLS with an agent. Is it okay for me to submit an offer and a contract directly to the seller since they called me? I would still pay the realtor their commissions. Btw I'm also a licensed agent. I personally wouldn't care as long as I got paid.

@Shanequa J.this issue is compounded by the fact that you are lisenced.  You have implicitly (or maybe even explicitly) agreed to a specific set of ethics.  Which includes not to circumvent the other agent and probably to pay a fee to your  brokerage for transactions.
