Im new to BiggerPockets and wholesaling. I would like to know where would I find the correct whole sale contracts? Also, what is the correct way of filing the contracts out? Once I have the contract signed will i be obligated to buy the home for myself if I do not find a flipper or investor?

Crystal Smith I'm not here to be counter-productive. I absolutely support networking with realtors, I just genuinely did not understand what role a realtor specifically has in a wholesale transaction.
