Finding a probate list for either fulton, dekalb, or gwinnett.

Hello everyone in the Atlanta area!

I am fairly new to real estate investing and I am very eager to accomplish my first deal. As of right now, I'm trying to get my start with wholesaling just so I can begin learning the business and have a little exposure. I'm currently looking into probate lists and I can't seem to find the "estate relief" cases anywhere. All that's coming up on the websites are "divorce, tort, contract, etc". Can anyone please guide me in the right direction or tell me what would be my best option? I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not looking for an easy way just an opportunity to learn and grow.

Thank you!

Hey @Kat Busuioc look for the public notices in the paper of record or go to the county courthouses and get more information. You can also ask @Mike Watkins as he is a probate ninja and can point you in the right direction.

 I don't know nothing. What's probate?
