I have looked up some sites that offer refinancing on investment properties. When I plug in that I have bad credit, it says nothings available.

I redo it with good credit and nothing is still available. 

Is there a way to open an equity line on a rental that’s free and clear, with bad credit? And are any available is improve 

I'd like to know if they sell the data. I couldn't find a user agreement to see whether or not the could sell it.

The seller ins't motivated. Check in with them every month to see when they become motivated. That's what i would do. It's a waste of your time to keep talking to the owner when they're collecting rent for a house.

The 3 day work shop is where they'll try to get 14K, 20K, and 25K. Now I hear it's 20K, 25K, and 30K.

Why don't you just tell the wholesaler what kinds of properties you want. That way they'll come to you with what you want. That's what I do. You can't sell a rug to a horse. They don't need one, but a saddle.

I'm about to mail a dirty postcard, where I call out all the other guys in my area. They mail me about my houses so I figure a little name dropping would be fun.
