Wholesaling in Nashville
Greetings all,
I'm a noob wholesaler and I'm wondering if anyone has tips or info on wholesaling homes in some of Nashville's outlying cities like Dickson, TN or Lebanon, TN, etc. Is the market doing well outside of the metro area as well? Are there cash buyers in these far flung hamlets? Thanks.
