I have fallen into some great opportunities for wholesaling properties. It is not going to last long, but I have NO Wholesale friendly title companies or an attorney. Can anyone help me, or recommend someone who can handle this with me.

@shmuel harris - he can just put it under contact and then assign. or he can skip that altogether and just provide the information. I find most people will not go over you as long as they understand the implications of doing so. If they keep working with you, they have somebody that will keep providing them with deals over and over, if they go over you, they only get that deal.
