Wholesaling REOs in NJ

I am learning how to WS REOs in NJ. Can anyone offer up some advise or suggestions on how to get started in this area. More particularly, if there are any WS or investors doing such deals in the Trenton, Mercer County New Jersey area, I would love to talk to you and get insight on how to proceed.
