Show Buyer Contract to prove they will get clear title?

Hello BP! First time poster on this forum, long time lurker.

Here's my question:

Should I show my Buyer my contract with the Seller to reassure them that they will receive a Warranty Deed?

I'm in negotiations with a buyer on a wholesale deal in Evansville, IN. We are discussing (and about to sign docs) on the assignment of said property. Buyer is worried about back taxes and not getting a clean title. My contract with Seller states that Seller will provide a Warranty Deed against these kinds of issues. I don't have have an issue showing the Buyer my contract (since they will get to see it anyway because it's an assignment and not a double close) but is there anything I should be aware of before I do this?

Thanks in advance!

So tell me, why would I pay for the assignment of a contract that I can't read....I have no idea what you are trying to sell me?  Of course you need to show the contract, and include a copy of it in the assignment.
