Shooting for the stars.
So I am about to dive into Real Estate Investing. And when I say dive in...I literally mean no safety net or wings.
I will just shoot for the stars.
That being said. I will doorknock and direct-mail homeowners.
Can somebody please help me as to what it should say in my letters?
What do I say when someone answers the door?
"Hello My name is grant and I am a beginner real estate investor, do you need help getting out of this house?"
What do I say?
