Selling or assigning the contract

Happy Saturday!  Hey I'm getting close to that first deal!  1st properties under contract (a home and trailer on 6 acres) is kind of fizzling out.  But I'm locking up my second property today.

I realized that I don't actually know how to assign or sell my contract to the buyer. Ha!

Could someone assist with this or direct me to where I can find this info?
