Wholesale contracts
I need some help on the structure of wholesale contracts. I was at a seminar and they say all your deals are based on the structure of the contract. Would someone mind expanding on this? Thanks.

I'm on the same boat-- starting out with wholesaling. I actually bought a program from Clever Investor and they specifically teach you about wholesaling & they give you the contracts and such.
