List Confusion and other questions.

I registered on listsource and have never had more trouble to even find a list on that site. Its like figuring a rubix cube out with all the pieces missing. 

I just need some clarification. 

What is the easiest way to aquire a list. All I want is a list of code violation properties.

My second question is also this.

How do I find properties that are being bought by cash buying corporate LLC's. I am trying to see where the big guys are doing buisness so I can mail address's in or around the target area.
