Hi BP I am new to investing as well as the BP community. I would like to briefly introduce myself. I am 20 years old and have lived in Georgia my whole life. I started a rent ready construction company with a partner about 2 years ago. Getting to know the rental side as well as construction side of real estate opened my eyes to better ideas and opportunities, which led to my digging and learning about investing. I realized I was on the wrong side of the deals, but with the work I chose to do I gained the upper hand experience that is involved in investing. (I like to work my brain more than my body). As I have racked my brain with information about wholesaling I am still stagnant. I don't know anyone that I can communicate freely and I feel that if I had someone to guide me just a little I would jump out and excel. I am interested in wholesaling in the tax delinquent category but will not limit myself with boundaries as I learn quickly. But with that said I would like to start with tax delinquents and want to know what a good starting marketing budget would be. Thanks sorry for the long post but it's my first.
