Christopher Silich yes sir I'm definitely planning on continuing to grow this company. Are you currently a landlord?

Bill Hampton I recently posted about taxes on assigning contracts. Do you have knowledge in this area? Like I said I can't figure out how to send colleague requests or DM. Thanks.

Demi Reid awesome. I am interested in the Atlanta/eastern area. I would like to know a little about your experiences wholesaling. I can't seem to figure out how to send a colleague request or DM on the BP app for iPhone. Thanks

Christopher Silich Sorry I think I worded it wrong. More like rent ready rehabs. You buy a house and we will get it ready to rent. We do the basics to get it rent ready and you get the most out of your money.

Gerald Demers thanks a lot I was definitely planning on creating a company and I needed to know if the fee would be considered normal income. I will find a CPA to set me straight. Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it and I'm not going to let the negative slow up my momentum. The reason I am seeking advice is to make sure I am operating efficiently and I will talk to a lawyer to be legal. I'm offended that I am 20 years old and trying to build a legit business and I'm getting negative comments. Thanks for the positive advice. I will keep you posted on my success.

Hi BP I am new to investing as well as the BP community. I would like to briefly introduce myself. I am 20 years old and have lived in Georgia my whole life. I started a rent ready construction company with a partner about 2 years ago. Getting to know the rental side as well as construction side of real estate opened my eyes to better ideas and opportunities, which led to my digging and learning about investing. I realized I was on the wrong side of the deals, but with the work I chose to do I gained the upper hand experience that is involved in investing. (I like to work my brain more than my body). As I have racked my brain with information about wholesaling I am still stagnant. I don't know anyone that I can communicate freely and I feel that if I had someone to guide me just a little I would jump out and excel. I am interested in wholesaling in the tax delinquent category but will not limit myself with boundaries as I learn quickly. But with that said I would like to start with tax delinquents and want to know what a good starting marketing budget would be. Thanks sorry for the long post but it's my first. PS: I am very interested in creative financing
