Hey there!
So I recognize that there are a lot of wholesalers out there working hard - and I also realize that many of the "tied up" properties may not be on the MLS. Besides craigslist, Where can I find these properties that wholesalers have an interest on - but not on MLS?
Looking to buy/flip OR also hold and occupy. May be interested in land as well.
