Wholesalers in the bay area?

Question

Hello, my husband and i are looking to house hack a duplex-tri-or maybe four-plex, or a single family w an in-law cottage, etc. In the east bay area: Berkeley, Oakland, emeryville,...

We are looking for a way to buy off market, as the competition here is making MLS 'deals' less likely.

Does anyone know of any wholesalers for what I've described in the east bay? (Or how to find one?) Our realtor and broker have not...

@J. Martin I have properties statewide...including Bay area. It is all based on what I am sent, so sometimes certain areas have more available than others. I probably have about 40-50% of my list in NoCal, though. :)

I bought a duplex in West Oakland a while back from @Brandon Lee . Not sure how many he runs into up here nowadays (give me the good ones first Brandon! ;) There will be wholesalers at the Summit next weekend in Oakland (along with Brandon) if you all can make it..
