@George Beatty, I hang my real estate license w/ Garden Realty of Haddonfield...and I only have my license for investing purposes. I think how William & I initially interpreted your first post and what you are actually looking for are different. If you are only looking for a flat fee listing broker to list a property, Garden Realty does not specialize in that realm.
