Hi, Im new here and to real estate relativly, I have my eyes on a few multi family units, which are commercial.

My question is what to do next.

I have the address, I can take pics, however its difficult to locate the person or company that owns it so that I can make an offer.

Replied

Todd Fox Did I just read your post right?? Did you just advise Antonius Childress to start off his real estate career by telling a lie and misrepresenting himself? And on a public forum?? WOW!! And people wonder why wholesalers have a bad reputation on here. Antonius real estate investing is largely based on your reputation and your integrity. PLEASE don't start out this way. Check the county tax records to find who owns a particular property. Go to the county website and simply Type in the address and it will show you the owners name and address. RR
