Pulling comps in Orlando without MLS access?

Hi all,

I'm currently working on wholesale deals in the bay area. I've planted some seeds in Orlando Florida for wholesaling.

I'm looking for a close to accurate solution for pulling comps until I move to Orlando. Any suggesting??? I'm looking for a mobile and home solution. All suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,

There are a handful of free MLS services that can get you in the right direction. Sites like zillow can also help. I would look for properties with comparable bed bath count, sq ft, home style, etc. 3 recently sold, 3 active, and 3 under contract all within the vicinity of the subject property. That should at least get you in the right direction.

Another idea would be partner with someone local who has MLS access and give them an equity piece or flat fee to run comps for you. In all honesty the second option is probably the best since they will have a better grasp of their local market.
