New looking for guidance
New to real estate and looking for any wholesalers in New Jersey that are willing to let me pick their brain [forms, contracts, networking, etc.]. I'm in the central Jersey area, Mercer county and looking for guidance. anybody willing to help out, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Justin Hansen there is a Wholesaling specific meetup group that meets in Trenton every other month. The guys that run it know their stuff. Search meetup.com and you'll find it.
