Hey New Orleans Investors! My partner @Matt Faircloth , author of the BP book "Raising Private Capital", and I are looking for a spot to host a happy hour on October 3rd in the afternoon the day before the conference. We'd like to do something fun in the French Quarter.  Is there anyone local to New Orleans that can help us find a spot and coordinate on the day of?

@Nicholas Jose The pet fee is non-refundable, paid up front. Call it "Pet Rent" moving forward on a monthly basis, collected and due just like all other rent. Hope that helps!
