Has anyone used USALeadList recently?

I am looking for a list other than absentee owner.  The inheritance list seems good but the only provider I have found is USLeadList.  Has anyone used them?  I see discussions about them but most are old.

I looked into it and it came off as scammy.

• Not much info on the website and you have to call them.  I am skeptical of anything that needs a sales pitch for me to buy it.
• I could not get a clear answer if my county was available.  I was told to call back early on a certain day.
• I could not get any information about how many leads it might be.  They urged me to get multiple counties but I am not really interested in things far away.  It's hard to decide without volume estimates.
• They seemed to be pitching training but I could not tell if that was included in the purchase or something else.  They talked about the letter content and what to say on the phone and said they would go into detail later.

I use list source now.  I can look at the data fields, see the record counts, view sample records, etc.  That seems much more legit.
