Virtual Wholesaling Contracts

BP family, I need your inputs here please.

What kind of contracts or agreements you, as Virtual wholesaler, do with another wholesaler for your JV ?

Basically, we work as follows..I'm virtual wholesaler, I do the marketing task and get the leads and then pass them to my wholesaler partner to negotiate, close the deal and sell it to his cash buyers list and we split the profits.

my question is about the contract between me and my partner...shall we make an agreement for each property/lead ? or there's general one we can use that covers this business model ? or an agreement to add my name on the closing contracts ? or there's other ideas and point of views I'm missing ?

Thanks folks.
