Just starting investment out of state.
Have a couple of properties that I’m looking to purchase. They need full rehab to become in a rental state.
Looking for a general contractor and project manager to manage these projects.
Any recommendations?

@Michelle Hashmi don’t do it without agreement.
Contact your attorney to ask which agreement is better non-competent or JV.
I learned it the hard way. 😉

I used it a long time ago, and it's very outdated compared to other tools...
I currently use Podio since it's very flexible and cheap $24, however, it's very complicated to customize it to your business needs (plus you've to add other 3rd party softwares to manage your entire business which adds on around $70, so the total is $94)
I recommend, Ready-Made CRMs if you're starting like investorfuse built on Podio with $199 or investorfuse their standalone CRM with $149 or CallText.com which is very cheap compared to others since it includes the phone system together with the CRM all with $99.
My advice, don't waste your time in systems...get anyone of these and start learning the know-how of the business and generate leads which is the toughest but most important part of this business.
Good luck
Post: Mojo Dialer, Cold calling & Podio... Lead Management help

@Benjamin Blackburn your suggestion is good but don’t forget about the data entry for each lead he is calling including:
Name
Phone
address
Property conditions
and he has to prepare such Web form for every lead before each call whether this lead answered or not..however Mojo Dialer will be way more faster than he could catch it up.
Along the dialing process, those who don’t answer he will drop pre-recorded voice message using this feature in Mojo, so the caller has to jump between the web form & Mojo in every call 2-3 times.
I’m always thinking to get the maximum out of the VAs in terms of time vs productivity..so I think taking notes & categorizing the leads in Mojo is way more easier and it will be automatically updated to Podio without extra work..

@Elizabeth Wilson I’d recommend for you other competitors than InvestorFuse, Wholesalehacker.com & ReflexCRM..both are cheaper almost half the prices. However, I found Wholesalehacker provides extra features with same prices as ReflexCRM..I haven’t tried Wholesalehacker yet but I guess it’s very good one.
If you have any experience with them please update this forum ;)
Good luck.

Actually you can integrate Mojo with Podio using Zapier (free up to 4 zaps).
It’s pretty simple integration but requires some technical experience or you can outsource it cheaply via upwork. (It’ll cost $20-40 max)
