I have several properties on my radar where the owners have passed away & the taxes are delinquent. They are in a favorable area of mine so I want to hold these. Anyone have any tips on a way to obtain these properties before they go to auction?? I have an attorney who specializes in probates I’m going to get with tomorrow to help with this as well. I’m in Memphis, TN by the way.

This is no longer a probate / deceased owner / estate matter.

To me it’s pretty clear — playing dumb, lying and then blocking you — that the surviving spouse doesn’t want or need to deal with an investor. You guys don’t see that this is no longer a hot lead?
