Fees When Buying Wholesale
What should I be expecting to pay for Fees when buying from a wholesaler? Should I be expecting them to pay for anything title wise? Is there anything they should be covering? What should I be covering? Curious as I'm looking at a property right now and this is my first time buying cash from a wholesaler. I want to make sure I'm not getting screwed.
