How do I find Panhandle Florida Wholesalers
I am looking to relocate to the Panama City Beach area and am studying to obtain my FL real estate license. I am an investor and am not afraid of fix and flips. I would like to find 1-4 multifamily or single family REO, short sale, etc. with the intent of owner occupied. I would like to be on local wholesaler lists for the area. Any suggestions as to how I can do?
